Do you work in Vietnamese as well as English?
Yes. Our team conducts engagements in both Vietnamese and English. Deliverables can be prepared in either language or bilingual format depending on client preference.
How is pricing structured?
Each service is offered at a fixed engagement fee — 4.200.000 ₫ for Strategic Advisory, 12.500.000 ₫ for Operational Review, and 28.000.000 ₫ for the Leadership Program. Payment schedules can be discussed during the initial conversation.
What happens after I reach out?
Within one business day, a senior consultant will respond to schedule an introductory call. That conversation is used to understand your situation and assess which engagement — if any — is a good fit. There is no obligation to proceed.
