Who We Are

A Firm Rooted in Practitioner Experience

Lạc Hồng was established in Ho Chi Minh City after its founding partners spent the better part of a decade working within Vietnamese manufacturing, services, and distribution companies — not advising from the outside, but operating inside the structures that shape real decisions.

That distinction matters. When we evaluate a client's operations or facilitate a leadership session, our reference points come from having sat in rooms where the difficult conversations happened — where capital was thin, where family dynamics influenced corporate decisions, and where regional expansion created as many complications as opportunities.

The name Lạc Hồng — a term drawn from Vietnamese mythology used to describe the Vietnamese people themselves — reflects the firm's conviction that effective consulting in this country requires genuine cultural fluency, not a translated Western framework applied mechanically.
